PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonneau cover capable of easily performing taking out/putting in a baggage and attaining light weight and reduction of cost by simplification of a structure. SOLUTION: A tonneau cover sheet 2, a base end part 25 side of which is connected to a front end edge part 1c side of a tonneau cover board 1 and a distal end part 26 side is removably attached to a seat 4, can be stored at a lower surface 1b side of the tonneau cover board 1.
