PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform an assembling work of a hanging device by mounting the hanging device on only an instrument panel, and to sufficiently secure supporting strength of the handing device in the instrument panel. SOLUTION: The hanging device 28 is mounted on only the instrument panel 26, of a cross member 5 and the instrument panel 26. A center console part 30 is formed by directing a center part of the instrument panel 26 in a width direction of a vehicle body 2 toward a rear side and swelling the center part. The center console part 30 is fixed to the cross member 5 by a first fastener 21, while upper and lower parts of the instrument panel 26 on one side of the center console part 30 are fixed to the cross member 5 by second and third fasteners 22 and 23. The hanging device 28 is arranged in a triangular frame formed by connecting the first to the third fasteners 21 to 23 by a virtual line 46 from the viewpoint of a visual line along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 2.
