PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove foreign matter deposited on the inner face of a discharge passage by automatically moving an operation member forward and backward. SOLUTION: A valve casing is formed of an inlet side member 1 and outlet side member 2, and provided with an inlet 5, a valve chamber 6, an outlet 7 and a discharge passage 8 which connects the valve chamber 6 to the outlet 7 to communicate. A float 11 for opening/closing the discharge passage 8 is arranged in the valve chamber 6. A piston 15 is accommodated as a pressure respond member in a pressure chamber 14 formed of the outlet side member 2 and a plug 13 so as to be displaceable in the axial direction of the discharge passage 8. An operation member 16 movable forward and backward in the discharge passage 8 is fixed to the piston 15. A communication passage 9 is formed to connect the lower end of the valve chamber 6 to the pressure chamber 14 to communicate. A bimetal 20 as a temperature sensitive member which prevents the float 11 from closing the discharge passage 8 at a low temperature so as not to interfere with the float 11 at a high temperature and which opens the communication passage 9 at a low temperature and closes the passage 9 at a high temperature, is arranged in the valve chamber 4.
