PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid problems of output drop and no operation in night and bad weather and to provide stable output in a solar heat Rankine cycle generating device. SOLUTION: A combined cycle is composed by combining a generating device using gas turbine cycle as an upper level cycle 100a to a lower level cycle 100b composed of solar heat Rankine cycle. Same working fluid is used in both cycles to directly exchange heat while preventing increase of work of a compressor 103 accompanying decrease of degree of dryness of the working fluid through valves 108, 115, 116. Consequently, drop of output of a steam turbine 110 and drop of output of a condenser 112 carrying out heat supply to an outside in bad weather and night are prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
