PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporated fuel processing device capable of surely preventing evaporated fuel from being discharged in the atmosphere when stopping the processing device, by burning the evaporated fuel without causing the problem in catalytic combustion, by introducing low concentration gas separated by a separating means into a catalyst. SOLUTION: This evaporated fuel processing device has a canister 2 capable of adsorbing the evaporated fuel generated from a fuel tank 1 via an evaporation line 3, a pump 6 for desorbing the evaporated fuel adsorbed to the canister 2 via a purge line 5, the separating means 4 for separating the evaporated fuel supplied by the pump 6 into high concentration gas and the low concentration gas, and a low concentration gas flow line 9 for flowing the low concentration gas separated by the separating means 4, and is characterized in that a catalytic converter 10 for burning the evaporated fuel in the low concentration gas is arranged on the low concentration gas flow line 9.
