PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing member which can bring about an excellent reinforcing effect even in the case of a hole portion with a large diameter and make workability and economical efficiency excellent during connection, in a constitution for bolt-connecting the reinforcing member to one side of a perforated beam having the hole portion formed in a web; and to provide a structure for reinforcing the perforated beam by the reinforcing member. SOLUTION: The beam hole reinforcing member 2 comprises an approximately short-cylinder-like ring portion 3, a flange portion 4 which overhangs in the direction of an entire circumference from one end of the ring portion 3, and a reinforcing rib 5 which protrudes outward from a part of the ring portion 3. The reinforcing ribs 5 with a thickness almost equal in dimension to the axial length of the ring portion 3 are positioned in an even number of locations symmetrical to one another with respect to split surfaces in two orthogonal directions passing through the axial center of the ring portion 3, respectively.
