PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing agent composition for cleansing surfaces of plastic containers, which can enough and surely remove various dark stains strongly adhered to the surfaces of the plastic containers by immersion methods or by use of automatic cleansing machine. SOLUTION: This cleansing agent composition for cleansing the surfaces of plastic containers is characterized by separating a cleansing agent containing a chlorine- or oxygen-based bleaching agent and a cleansing agent containing a surfactant, and adjusting them as two agents.
