PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary mat wherein an uncomfortable soil by the adhesion of liquid droplets is not conspicuous, and also there is no re-adhesion. SOLUTION: This sanitary mat is constituted by superposing a liquid-absorbing layer 20, and concealing layers 10 and 11 on a liquid-impermeable layer 30. The concealing layers 10 and 11 have liquid permeability. Also, the liquid-impermeable layer 30, the liquid-absorbing layer 20 and the concealing layers 10 and 11 are respectively integrated directly or through an adhesive.
