The device (5) has a fastening element for force-fit connection of a base (10) with a vehicle part. A hook element (14) has a set of support surfaces (16a) connected with the base. The hook element is inserted into a through hole at the vehicle part. A counter bearing element with another set of support surfaces is connected to the hook element such that forces are produced between hook element and a side of the vehicle part and between the counter bearing element and another side of the vehicle part during fixing of a fastening part i.e. screw (20), with the vehicle part.
