The holder (1) has a holding frame (3), which has two end pieces (11,12), of which one is arranged at an axis (10) in longitudinally displacing manner and an arc shaped section (13) connects the end piece. One of hinge connections (21,22) has a stop device, by which stopping positions are arranged around longitudinal direction for rotating conditions of the holding frame. The hinge connections are connected to the end pieces.
