FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: application: for diagnostics of structure condition. Substance: consists in the fact that at least one local area is defined where defect may occur, sensor is installed in this area, and its readings are used to identify condition of structure, besides, sensor used is material of graphitised carbon fibers based on polyacrylonitrile, which is fixed with tension on investigated local area coated with hardening binder, and is coated on top by hardening binder, besides, extension of binder in hardened condition is by 10-20% more than extension of material, afterwards, instrument is connected to sensor, which makes it possible to measure electric resistance of sensor, and deflected mode of diagnosed structure is identified by experimentally established dependence of sensor electric resistance on deformation. ^ EFFECT: provision of structure condition diagnostics with high validity by means of simple and convenient method. ^ 3 cl, 3 tbl, 1 dwg |
