METHOD FOR CONTROL OF PRINTING PAINT TRANSFER

FIELD: printing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to the claimed methods first roller placed in the printing mechanism of the printing machine transfers printing paint on a plate cylinder. The necessary temperature is adjusted on the surface of the first roller and/or plate cylinder by using thermal regulation device. Thermal regulation devices are controlled by regulating device. Traces and datum references for various printing paints and types of paints are saved in the memory unit of the regulating device. Specific functional interrelation between speed of printing machine production and the necessary temperature on the working surfaces of the plate cylinder or the first roller are chosen from a number of traces or datum references specific for various printing paints or types of paints. The temperature on the working surface of the first roller determines viscosity of printing paint. The temperature on the working surface of the plate cylinder determines ductility of printing paint. In one of the method versions the necessary temperature on the working surface of the first roller and/or plate cylinder is changed before setting new running speed of the printing machine. ^ EFFECT: high quality printing is provided with changing running speed of the printing machine. ^ 27 cl, 13 dwg
