<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve plate processing method for preventing adhesion between the contact portions between a valve plate and a suction valve and/or a discharge valve of a reciprocating compressor, the method having higher productivity than conventional methods. <P>SOLUTION: This method is for processing a valve plate 8 for preventing adhesion between the contact portions between the valve plate 8 and a suction valve 10a and/or a discharge valve 10b of a reciprocating compressor 1. The surface of the valve plate 8 is cut or ground by rotating the valve plate 8 and moving a cutter in the radial direction and a direction extending from the center axis of rotation of the valve plate 8 so as to form a circular annular belt-like ridge including a suction hole 8a and/or a discharge hole 8b, on the surface of the valve plate 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
