PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination rotation control device capable of accurately controlling pump inclination rotation to target pump inclination rotation. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a variable displacement hydraulic pump 2 supplying a hydraulic actuator 5 with actuation pressure, a hydraulic pressure change-over valve 13 generating control pressure for pump inclination rotation control, an inclination rotation control piston 12 changing the pump displacement of the hydraulic pump 2 according to the actuation of the hydraulic change-over valve 13, a proportional solenoid valve 14 outputting command pressure P0 for actuating the hydraulic change-over valve 13, a drain pressure operation circuit 36 operating back pressure Pd acting on the hydraulic pressure change-over valve 13 withstanding the command pressure P0, and a controller 20 correcting command pressure P0 according to back pressure operated by the drain pressure operation circuit 36.
