PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camshaft device capable of securing the strength of a cam piece, and capable of reducing material cost and weight. SOLUTION: The cam piece 20 and a rolling bearing 15 are arranged at a predetermined interval in the axial direction of an outer peripheral surface of a shaft 11. The cam piece 20 has a cylindrical body 22 formed by press-working a steel plate and pressed in and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 11, an outside annular body 23 forming a cam surface on the outer peripheral surface, and a flange 25 of integrally continuously connecting the cylindrical body 22 and the outside annular body 23.
