PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation apparatus of vane motor type that ensures high conversion efficiency from energy of pressure of fluid to an electrical energy, and a high output voltage with small size. SOLUTION: A fluid flowing into an inlet port 25 and a fluid flowing out of a discharge port 26 are separated from each other by a vane provided at the rotor 22, which is arranged in an eccentric stage inside a casing 21, and the rotor 22 is rotated by imparting a pressure difference between an inlet port side and a discharge side to a vane. Furthermore, a magnetic pole is provided inside the rotor, and an alternating voltage is generated on the coil by an alternating magnetic field generated by a rotation of the rotor by arranging a coil at further inner side of the rotor 22.
