PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door panel having a heat exchange function. SOLUTION: A door panel body 20 is provided with an outer side plate 21 and an inner side plate 23 constituted by press-molding sheet metal having smaller thickness than that of the outer side plate 21 in a recessed and projecting manner and fixing recessed parts on an inner side face of the outer side plate 21. A space part 22 is continuously formed on inner sides of projecting parts 29 by the projecting parts 29 on the inner side plate 23. A pipe 41 coming into contact with at least either of the outer side plate 21 and the inner side plate 23 is arranged in the space part 22. The pipe 41 is pressed against the opposite side to a foaming raw material stuck side by expanding force generated by the foaming raw material stuck onto either of the outer side plate 21 and the inner side plate 23 and expanding in the space part 22 and is fixed by the foaming material 24.
