PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a face and a head of a child sitting on a child seat CS from hitting the ground when a bicycle 201 falls down. SOLUTION: The vehicle body 202 and pivot mechanisms A1, A2 are coordinated through lock mechanisms B1-B8 for stopping the rocking of the child seat CS. Furthermore, the lock mechanisms B1-B8 releases a lock when a force for rocking the child seat CS caused by the inclination of the vehicle body 202 reaches a set value or higher to allow the rocking of the child seat CS.
