PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve efficiency of absorption of carbon dioxide gas through the body surface. SOLUTION: The device includes a wrapper 21 to wrap at least part of the body surface, a supply device 11 to supply carbon dioxide gas inside the wrapper 21, and a pressurizing device 11 to pressurize the carbon dioxide gas supplied inside the wrapper 21 to be absorbed by an absorbent material.
