PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a process of leveling or sprinkling seasoning spooned up in a so-called heaped-up state in a simple operation in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A measuring spoon includes two operation bars constantly opened in the opposite directions by a predetermined amount from a bent portion to end portions by a spring force of a material itself, a spoon body provided at the end portion of one side operation bar, and a level plate provided at the end portion of the other side operation lever and having multiple small holes for sprinkling, when the operation lever is pushingly operated inward against the spring force, the heaped-up portion of the seasoning scooped up on the spoon body is leveled off by the level plate.
