PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal separation container and a centrifugal separation apparatus that easily and surely take out a substance centrifuged from a liquid and in the operation, avoid substance contaminations and maintain soundness of substance. SOLUTION: The centrifugal separation container 1 includes a container body 3 that holds a liquid A to be separated and has a bottom part 3b to be rotated outward in the radial direction and is equipped with an output port 4, in the vicinity of the bottom part 3b of the container body 3, which is passed through a container wall and takes out a substance in the inside.
