PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet fastener for agriculture and horticulture, capable of safely fastening when forming a cultivation space of a plastic tunnel, a resin sheet which is covered on supports constructing the frame, and retaining a rolled sheet part when ventilating the inside of the cultivation space. SOLUTION: This sheet fastener is such that the inner ends of a pair of upper and lower fastening members 10 and 11 are connected each other by a projecting connection piece 15, the fastening members 10 and 11 each have a cylindrical supporting part 16 which shows a cylindrical shape allowing to elastically expandedly open an opening part 17, and the opening part 17 is elastically expandedly opened by inwardly clipping clip pieces 21 and 21 set on both the right and left parts of the cylindrical supporting part 16. The rolled sheet part 9 of the bottom part of a plastic tunnel is retained in a holding state on a holding space 31 which is formed between the projecting connection piece 15 and a support 6 in a condition that the upper and lower cylindrical supporting parts 16 and 16 support the supports 6 of the plastic tunnel 5a, and ventilation openings 53 are formed on the plastic tunnel 5a.
