Provided are a light source unit having reduced thickness, and an illuminating device and a display device having the light source units, respectively. Specifically, a light source unit (10) is provided with a plurality of LED modules (3, 3) and an electronic component configuring a constant current section (2) which makes a current constant so as to supply the current to the LED modules (3, 3). Since the LED modules (3, 3) and the electronic component are arranged in parallel on a rectangular plate section (11) of a module case (1), the light source unit (10) is reduced in thickness. Since the electronic component is arranged between the LED modules (3, 3), wiring in the light source unit (10) can be shortened and simplified. |
