FIELD: mining engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining engineering field and can be used during development of clay, gravel deposits of minerals with high content of clay in excavated sands. Helical desintegrator includes frame, inclined case, pressure-tight water feed system, screw, drive of screw rotation, nozzles for outlet of disintegrated material. Inclined case is implemented with slit-like openings, implemented along the full length and located perpendicularly to the movement of rock mass and connected to semi-cylindrical gutter. Pressure-tight water feed system with openings and semi-cylindrical pipes is located from both sides of inclined body, and openings are implemented in inclined body in two rows inclined to horizontal line. ^ EFFECT: intensification of destruction process of clay rock, increase of effectiveness and productivity of process. ^ 3 dwg |
