CARBON NANOTUBE-POLYMER NANOCOMPOSITE IMPROVED IN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

A carbon nanotube-polymer nanocomposite with improved electrical conductivity is provided to ensure effectiveness, mechanical strength, electrical characteristic, especially, surface resistance and to facilitate process control. A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube-polymer nanocomposite with improved electrical conductivity comprises the steps of: (i) mixing polycarbonate 70-95 weight% and carbon nanotubes 5-30 weight% under high shear force to prepare a master batch; (ii) mixing the master batch and polycarbonate to prepare a polycarbonate resin composition containing carbon nanotube 3-10 weight%; and (iii) remelting and mixing the polycarbonate resin composition.
