A footwear height controlling device comprises: an upper plate(11) and a lower plate(15) which are located inside space of the footwear at the constant interval; a jack slider(20) of both sides which is sliding operated while being in contact with one side of the upper plate and lower plate; a board in which the jack slider does not come in contact with one of the upper plate and lower plate; a jack link(30) connecting the jack sliders of both sides in an X-shaped link structure; and a jack link operation tool controlling the upper plate height from the lower plate.
