A skin care and massage device is provided, which repetitively performs tremolo massage for a long time and makes blood circulation promoted. A skin care and massage device comprises: a cosmetic case; a filling tool formed in the cosmetic case; a cosmetic spout switch installed at the middle part of the cosmetic case; a controlled switch adjusting the intensity of the massage vibration plate; a cosmetic spout in which the cosmetic filled in the cosmetic case is ejected; a massage board which is vibrated on the skin of a user and executes massage; and a motor vibrating the massage board. |
