STEERING WHEEL IN AUTOMOBILE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

A steering wheel of a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve appearance by forming the outer layer at the thickness of 2-3mm after inserting the pattern in the steering wheel. A manufacturing method of a steering wheel of a vehicle is composed of the steps of : preheating a metal frame(10) in a drier; drying the first injection part with the drier after covering a first injection part(14) in the metal frame with opaque resin materials by inserting the preheated metal frames in the first injection mold; forming the first pattern part by forming upper and lower pattern parts by applying the pad-printing on the upper and lower surface of the first injection part; covering a second pattern part(16) by inserting the product in which the first pattern part is formed into the second injection mold; forming the second pattern part by forming upper and lower pattern parts by applying pad-printing on the upper and lower surface of the second injection part; covering a third injection part(18) by inserting the product in which the second pattern part is formed into the third injection mold; and foaming polyurethane in the third injection part by taking out the product from the third injection mold. The second and third injection parts are formed at the thickness of 2-3mm.
