A meander loop antenna is provided to operate in a low resonant frequency by forming a slot unit in the bottom part of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). A meander loop antenna includes an RF(Radio Frequency) module, a feeding line, a ground unit(203), and a slot unit(201). The RF module is arranged in the PCB. The RF module generates the electrical signal. The feeding line receives the electrical signal from the RF module. The feeding line has a feeding structure of a right angle shape. The ground unit and the slot unit are formed in the bottom of the PCB. The ground unit is a thin flat conductive plate. The slot unit radiates the electrical signal from the feeding line as the electromagnetic wave. The slot unit is formed with a square loop shape.
