A sealed container equipped with two-stage separable lid is provided, which prevents the filled content from leaking out. A sealed container equipped with two-stage separable lid comprises: a container body(100) in which the first inclined plane is formed in the circumference of entrance in the height direction; a sealing closure(200) in which the union projection protruded to the outer circumference in the diameter direction is equipped; and a lid(300) which is connected to the outer circumference of the sealing closure and container body so that the first inclined plane and the second incline can be mutually cohered.
