A tunnel cleaning method and apparatus using dry ice is provided to completely clean the tiles in a tunnel with less water by rapid-cooling dirt stuck on the tiles and washing off them. A tunnel cleaning method and apparatus using dry ice is as follows. A dry ice pellet within a chamber(100) is ejected by compressed air of high pressure. The dry ice pellet is emitted to the tiles, attached to the side wall of a tunnel, through a nozzle(220) at high speed so that the tiles are washed. The ceiling of the tunnel can be washed using a device for elevating the nozzle. The dust generated from the wall is collected.
