An aspiration prevention nasogastric tube is provided, which enables to inject water or nutrient through the pipe in the state of inserting the pipe. An aspiration prevention nasogastric tube comprises: a pipe in which the air hole is punched in the only part that a balloon is mounted and the air is injected in the state that the leading end of the pipe consisting of the duplex pipe is blocked; a branch tube(14) which is formed in the other end of the duplex pipe and in which supply of air and nutrient is performed; an air supply nozzle(15) which injects the air using the branch tube; and a pressure sensing balloon(21).
