A pervasive symbiotic advertising system and a method are provided to move advertisement component from one device to another device, store the advertisement, and transform the advertisement into another form. An advertisement service(4) performs one of the followings: to produce the information about the ad presentation is, to perform presentation, and to receive. An ad presentation outputting device(6) is the presentation location, the ad presentation is outputted. The user response receiver(36) receives the user response. The ad service transmitter(38) transmits the executable object in the specified target device.
