A substitution terminal and a substitution method substituting a mobile communications terminal function using a mobile communications service are provided to supply the mobile communications service through the substitution terminal. A Bluetooth module unit(240) performs the first mobile communication terminal and bluetooth communications among one or more mobile communications terminals. A substitution processing unit(230) is provided the terminal identification information of the first mobile communication terminal through the bluetooth module. A mobile communication module unit(250) provides the mobile communications service by processing circuit and packet data transmission and reception. A controller controls the mobile communication module unit.
