An electronic winker system steering wheel is provided to easily turn on/off the left side blinker light, the right side blinker light and the emergency light of the vehicles. An electronic winker system steering wheel includes an indicator for cultivator of the electronic mode. The indicator for cultivator of the electronic mode is adhered to the right side of the steering wheel. The left side blinker light, the right side blinker light and the emergency light of the vehicles are controlled by the indicator for cultivator of the electronic mode. The indicator for cultivator of the electronic mode is attached utmost near to the steering wheel for the easy manipulation.
