INTERFEROMETER OPTIC STRUCTURE OF USING THE GALVANOMETER

An interferometer lens structure using a galvano meter is provided to prevent the light passing through two arms from polarizing. An interferometer lens structure using a galvano meter comprises a galvano meter(100), a first lens(112), a beam splitter(120), a reference arm mirror(130), and a second lens(114). The galvano meter reflects the light while reciprocating, once the light is coming to a light interferometer from the light source. The light reflected from the galvano meter passes through the first lens. The beam splitter partitions the light passing through the first lens to two directions meeting at cross. One light divided by the beam splitter is coming to the reference arm mirror. The reference arm mirror measures the difference between a sample arm in which the light is income and a light path.
