A depilation manager combined with a hat is provided, which promotes activation of the follicular cell by stimulating the scalp by delivering the laser light and vibration. A depilation manager combined with a hat comprises: a depilation manager(10) which delivers the laser light and vibration to scalp and performs stimulation; a wearing part(11) worn on the head; a main body member(12) generating the laser light and vibration and delivers the generated vibration to scalp; a mounting unit(16) which controls location of the main body member inside the wearing part; and a controller(17) controlling the laser light and vibration force of the main body member. |
