The touch panel comprises an upper film, the first transparent conductive film, the second transparent conductive film and a connector. The upper film is extended in order to correspond to a driver area of the thin film transistor substrate. The first transparent conductive film is formed in the upper film. The second transparent conductive film is formed on the color filter substrate of the LCD panel. The connector is connected to the upper film.</p>
