A clamping spring (4) with left leg and right leg, is inserted into chamber (9) with left and right walls. The right leg is disconnected from right wall such that right leg moves towards left leg, in closed position. The right leg is connected to right wall such that legs are separated with opening formed in between, in open position. A conductor strip is inserted into the chamber opening and opening between legs when clamping spring is in open position. The conductor strip is inserted between the legs when clamping spring is moved from open to closed position.
