<p>Crystalline hydrochloride salt of (5-{(R)-2-[3-(4,4-diethyl-2-oxo-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-1-yl)-1,1-dimethylpropylamino]-1-hydroxy-ethyl}-2-hydroxyphenyl)-methane sulfonamide (I), is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) a medicament combination comprising (I) and further active agent of one or more other compounds, which are anticholinergics, corticosteroids, phosphodiesterase 4-inhibitors, leukotriene D4 antagonists, epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors, dopamine-agonists, H1-antihistamines and/or phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase inhibitors; and (2) preparing an inhalation solution comprising dissolving the active agent of (I).
