<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conform to a W-CDMA (wideband code division multiple) and to accelerate encoding processing. <P>SOLUTION: A parallelization processing part 31 distributes bits to a plurality of columns. A D (=e<SB>plus</SB>number) calculating part 32 determines a repetition/removal bit on the basis of basic parameters e<SB>ini</SB>, e<SB>plus</SB>and e<SB>minus</SB>of rate matching and calculates the cumulative repetition/deletion bit number D. An output position control part 33 functions as a rate matching/first interleaving part, repeats or eliminates a bit determined by the D calculating part 32, newly redistributes a plurality of bits to a plurality of columns on the basis of the number D of cumulative repetition/deletion bits and interchanges bits of at least two columns among a plurality of columns obtained by redistribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
