A shallow beam run together with cooling fins transverse to a longitudinal direction of cooling pipes. The shallow beam includes variations from middle of a cooling pipe gap. A diameter of the cooling pipes is smaller than 40 millimeters, calculated without fins, not exceeding 5 degrees, or larger than 60 millimeters to 150 millimeters not exceeding 15 degrees. |
