<p>The plate (1) has a drilling for accommodating and angle anchorage of bone screws (4) e.g. cancellous bone screws. The drilling exhibits a guide sleeve (20) for anchorage-independent adjustment of another bone screw in a limited angle range. A projection (17) is provided in a longitudinal direction, where the projection contains a borehole (18) for retaining of third screw with or without angle anchorage. The third screw is threaded into a bone shank, where the plate is preformed in an area of a proximal end of femur bones according to a surface process. An independent claim is also included for a system for fixing of a femur neck bone.</p> |
