<p>Methods and apparatus are provided for communicating of media files between wireless communication devices. A media file is segmented and speech-encoded on a first wireless communication device and subsequently communicated, typically via Multimedia Peer (M2-Peer) communication, to a second communication device, which decodes and concatenates the speech-encoded media file for subsequent playback capability on the second communication device.</p> |
