A polarizer of a multilayer polarizing film structure and a liquid display apparatus equipping the same for improving dichroic ratio are provided to increase the polarizer and improve the dichroic ratio. An alignment film(22) aligns a liquid crystal included in a polarizing film to the fixed direction. A polarized film(23) comprises the liquid crystal and aligned the dichromatic which is dispersed between the liquid crystal and is aligned to the direction. A first polarizing film comprises a first dichromatic dye in which the visible light absorption wavelength range is 50 nanometer. An adhesive layer(24) is arranged between the first polarizing film and the second polarizing film.
