A system for thinking about a problem wherein a user defined problem is analyzed by applying a set of computer directed logically derived predefined interactions that organize the problem, the knowledge, and the analysis into a structural model that can be presented and displayed in a plurality of ways and that suggests steps to arrive at a conclusion, where the logic determining the predefined interactions is customizable.
