<p>The body (10) has a base plate (12) comprising an edge-opened recess extending to an outlet (18) and limited by a limiting surface (62) running between a connection surface (16) and a contact surface. A section of a transverse surface adjacent to the recess and a section of the limiting surface adjacent to the outlet exhibit an identical shape. The sections of the transverse surface and the limiting surface are symmetrical with respect to a common symmetrical plane. Fastening units have accommodation channels (30, 32) for accommodating of pin-like connecting units e.g. screws and nails. An independent claim is also included for a device for connecting wood components.</p> |
