An image storing device and an image forming device equipping the same capable of matching a form of a developer storage device are provided to transfer the developer by designing a shape or the structure of the developer storage unit. A developer storage unit(300) comprises a first storage(310) and a second storage(320). A first developer transferring member transfers the developer stored in the first storage to the second storage. A first developer transfer member comprises the transfer element. Transfer elements are diagonally extended about the width direction of the developer storage. The angle in which transfer elements are comprised of the width direction of the developer storage is determined according to the relative positions of the second storage and above first storage.
