An anti stress space service method of a user setting type using a space equalizing system is provided to enable a user to directly set or edit information of an anti stress space and control wire/wireless devices of spaces where the user is located, thereby providing an anti stress space service. If a user selects an anti stress space service kind, a space equalizer displays an anti stress space service list(S406). If the user selects to edit the anti stress space information, the space equalizer provides a user interface and transmits the edited anti stress space service to a storage unit(S418). The storage unit transmits the anti stress space information to an output unit to reproduce an anti stress space. |
