A tester interface device based on field programmable gate array controller is provided to improve performance by commanding test directly in FPGA controller. More than one input ports(210) are connected to more than one input output controllers. A PC interface unit(290) is connected to a local PC. More than one output ports(220) are connected to more than one measurement target modules. A UDMA(Ultra Direct Memory Access) engine unit(280) controls the test of more than one measurement target modules through the coded command data which is received from the said furnace curl PC. A switch unit(240) controls the output switching of more than one measurement target modules between command data received from the input output controller and coded command data which is received from the said furnace curl PC. A storage unit(250) stores test data of the measurement target module.
